Established in 2005, the Summerside Cycling Club (SCC) is an volunteer organization dedicated to promoting bicycling, with the emphasis on organized bicycling activity, in the Summerside and surrounding area.

The goal of the volunteer organization is to provide a diverse group of cyclists a variety of organized bicycling riding experiences.

The club rides or events have multiple aims:

(1) some training and to develop strength, speed, endurance;

(2) others, recreational, to develop a sense of belonging, participation, and rekindle the family / community connection; yet,

(3) others, to raise money for a worthy cause.

All rides, however, help to develop an overall positive healthy outcome for one's self and of the community.

You don't even need to be a resident of Summerside or of even PEI to join our Club.
