We know that some people are concerned for their level of fitness and health; we know that many people are able to achieve better results by being motivated by a group. Our group training rides focus on intervals, hill repeats, tempo riding . . . but all end with a "chatterable" group ride.

Every second Wednesday, a group training rides takes place.
